Every project starts as a drawing, and Peter draws them all.

Floor plans, elevations, electrical schematics, specifications, schedule and pricing — in pencil, on vellum.

Overview

We believe in planning the work, and working the plan. Before anything is built, you get a set of drawings you can hold, a written specification, a schedule and a price. Where a project needs a site plan, we work with licensed surveyors and septic designers. Nothing is guessed at on site.

How plans get developed

How the plans get developed

Step 1
Preliminary plans
A first set, drawn from the meeting and the measurements taken at your house.
Step 2
Your feedback
You mark them up. Nothing is too small to change at this stage.
Step 3
Revise until you love them
We go around as many times as it takes before a price is put on anything.

What homeowners say

“We anticipated many obstacles when building a vacation home 4 hours away... They took care of everything, keeping us updated as each stage was completed with pictures and personal calls. The house was completed on schedule. The finished product exceeded our best expectations. Leonard Builders is a ‘Thumbs Up’!”
